For several years now, this ministry has realized that the needs of the people have surpassed the ability of one man. In the typical Christian Church, the Senior Pastor is viewed as a do-it-all Spiritual Superhero. However, common sense dictates that the needs of a body of believers would wear out even the most talented Pastor. For this reason, we have been developing our Pastoral Care department.

This ministry is designed to take care of the needs of this local body of believers. It has been our desire to raise up ministers who can perform the functions of a Pastor. By doing this, we are preparing for success in ministry and we are guarding the longevity of our Pastors.

This ministry has within it the ability to disciple, pray, and minister with effectiveness. Also, hospital visitation, jail visitation, and other ministries are being birthed out of this ministry. It is our goal to make this department a fully functional ministry that supports the well being of the individual and the family.
